Great service, and a good product. Exactly what I was after for my blinds, rather than replace them.

I recently bought 89 mm weights for my verticals. They arrived within days and the quality is outstanding thank you very much.

I ordered the chainless weights by mistake. Am finding them Ok but the response I got from you when I queried chain/ chainless was not at all helpful or understanding and offered no options to return or replace.
